Remnant Rising: Who we are
Remnant Rising was born out of a group of men and women desiring more of God.
Under the teaching of the Holy Spirit, through Steve, we are learning to function as kings & priests, move in power and authority as God intended for His church, and create a habitation for His Glory.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
- We believe that there is one God existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).2. We believe that God the Father is a just and Holy God who can’t allow sin in His presence. Yet, He is full of mercy and love, and desires a personal relationship with all of mankind. Therefore, He saves those from sin and death who come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ (Eph 2: 4-5, 8-9)
- We believe that Jesus Christ is God’s only begotten Son. He has been eternally existent (John 1:1,2), and He took on the form of man when conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, did many miracles, and gave many teachings. It was through His ultimate purpose of dying as a man that allows for salvation for those who believe in Him, and it is through His own resurrection that we have hope of eternal life (John 3:16,17).
- We believe in the Holy Spirit who was sent to convict the world of sin, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower for ministry all who believe in Jesus Christ. We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ as Lord. We believe that the Holy Spirit comes on those seeking to be empowered to serve God to equip them for service. This equipping may be subsequent to regeneration. We believe in the present ministry of all the Biblical gifts of the Holy Spirit (John 14:26, Acts 1:8).
- We believe that all mankind are sinners by nature (Romans 3:23) and are therefore under condemnation. We also believe that God regenerates, by the Holy Spirit, those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. (Romans 6:23, Romans 10:9,10).
- We believe the evidence of salvation is a changed life that comes from a new nature, a changed heart, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit (2 Cor 5:17, Gal 5:22,23).
- We believe in the empowering of the Holy Spirit and the impartation of gifts through the laying on of hands (Romans 1:11, Acts 6:6, 8:17, 9:17, 19:6) although it doesn’t have to come through that way, but can also come through the earnestly seeking for more through prayer.
